New Construction

Measure E delivers Ranger Hall and Ridgeview Middle School

Thanks to the support of voters, Measure E has made possible two important additions to Visalia Unified School District.
Ranger Hall, opened in time for the 2015-2016 school year, replaced aging portables and provided additional classroom space to accommodate the expanding student population.

Ridgeview Middle School opened for the 2016-2017 school year, helping to relieve overcrowding at Green Acres Middle School. The new school, at a cost of over $30 million, is the single largest component of Measure E funding. It offers science labs, a band and choir room, a food court and energy-efficient lighting and building materials. The school also offers a gymnasium, made possible through other, non-Measure E funds.

Thank you for your support of Measure E and education!
